So, the first thing you'll notice is that this is drastically different from my sequential work, stylistically speaking. At heart, though, I feel the two portfolios are the same. I am mainly interested in people and composition, and I think that focus comes through in both areas.

The nice thing about this portfolio is that it gives me an opportunity to loosen up a little. With pencil and pen I sometimes have a tendancy to get neurotically tight, to the point of being anal retentive about my lines. In these pieces, however, I go in loosely using a mouse, and gesture my way to the finished piece.

For those of you keeping score, by the way, I use Microsoft Paint to draw in the original figures. I go back in with Photoshop afterwards and touch up colors, sometimes adding in a gradiant.
